The competitions covered multiple key departments, including Metalworking, Injection Molding, and Assembly, using a phased and multi-project approach. Metalworking Department: Craftsmanship in Action
The first stage of the competition focused on the Metalworking Department, covering critical processes such as laser cutting and adjustment, robotic welding, P6 modular bed assembly, and H005 coating operations.
Participants demonstrated focus, precision, and technical mastery, completing tasks efficiently and adhering strictly to operational standards. Their performance showcased the craftsmanship and dedication that form the backbone of CoolBaby’s manufacturing excellence. The competition atmosphere fostered a strong sense of learning and peer encouragement across the team.



Injection Molding Department: Efficiency Driving Quality
The third round of the competition centered on the Injection Molding Department, focusing on 120-ton equipment quick mold changes and robotic part handling—key operations that directly impact production efficiency and product quality.
Competitors executed tasks methodically, following safety standards and standardized procedures to disassemble equipment, swap molds, adjust parameters, and handle parts with precision. This not only demonstrated their technical proficiency but also allowed best practices to be identified and shared across the department, further enhancing production efficiency and quality control.



Assembly Department: Balancing Speed and Accuracy
The Assembly Department competition focused on line change operations for two key products: the 9165 baby playpen and the 601 modular bed. Employees were evaluated on their speed, accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Participants worked steadily and accurately, balancing efficiency with product quality. Through mutual learning and benchmarking, the team strengthened collaboration and cohesion, ensuring that production processes are optimized and consistent.
